DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
We do not charge by the hour for our pool cleaning & maintenance services. We charge a monthly fee for our weekly and twice weekly clients.
WHAT COSTS ARE EXPECTED OUTSIDE OF MY MONTHLY PACKAGE?
Depending on your pool, you might be subjected to a mandatory quarterly cartridge filter cleaning service. We will notify you 30 days before payment is due for this service. Please inquire about what kind of pool you have & if it will require this service.

We offer diagnostic & repair services on a case-by-case basis.

WEATHER GUIDELINES
We closely monitor weather conditions everyday to ensure safety & to anticipate the needs of your pool & spa to keep them looking their best.

- If there is lighting in your area on your service day, we are unable to net & brush your pool due to the potential hazard posed by our equipment. However, we will be able to empty your skimmers, service your equipment, check water chemistry, and add chemicals as needed.

- If temperatures reach over 110 degrees or severe weather warnings are in effect on your service day, we may not be able to service your pool this day.
​
- When the heat index reaches over 92 degrees or if there's moderate rain in your area, we will limit our service to 20-30 mins.
